  1. Set up your water bath. Set to 58ÂșC
  2. Vacuum pack your fish with one tsp of oil
  3. Drop fish in the water bath. Set a timer for 5 minutes
  4. Take out the bag from the water bath. Open the bag and remove the fish
  5. Peel off the skin. Season with sea salt and lemon
  6. Garnish and serve
