Horseradish Cream

The perfect tableside condiment for any beef dish you cook up!


  • 2 C Creme Fraiche
  • 1/3 C Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/3 C Dill, chopped
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper, ground


  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl
  2. Fold together using a spatula
  3. Serve, or reserve in a container for 2 weeks
