This sauce is a go-to for us. It’s great on poultry, fish, squash, grains, potatoes… just about anything. It’s great immediately and even better the next day and will up to a week in the fridge.

Herbs are available year round in a grocery store but nothing compares to freshly picked. Buy herbs that are bright and not browning at all. They will keep well wrapped in a damp towel in a sealed container in the fridge, but if you can grow them yourself, just step outside and pick as much as you want when you need them!


  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 18 g garlic, minced
  • 14 g ginger, minced
  • 14 g mint
  • 90 g cilantro
  • 9 g scallion
  • 18 g lemon juice
  • 5 g toasted, ground cumin


  1. Finely chop all of the herbs and scallions. Whisk everything together.
