Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce 12 cup
  • Canolia Oil 4 tbsp
  • Scallion 6 tbsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Dried Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
  • Orange zest 1 piece
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock 6 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil 4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat canola oil in large pan, add scallion, garlic, chilies and orange zest, cook out for 2 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, ginger, chicken broth, vinegar, soy and sesame. Cook out for 3 minutes.
  3. Slurry and cook out for 1 minute. Add more slurry if necessary.
