Striploin is a steak lovers go to. One of the most tender cuts available, all the while being exquisitely marbled, second only our ribeye. We cut them to 1 3/4 – 2″ weighing apporx. 20-24 oz. These steaks are cut for thickness rather than for weight.

Cooking Tips:

Grill on medium-high, 12 minutes per side. Or sear in a pan, medium high for 5 minutes a side, and finish 10 minutes in the oven at 375F.
