Striploin is a steak lovers go to. One of the most tender cuts available, all the while being exquisitely marbled, second only our ribeye. We cut them to 1 3/4 – 2″ weighing apporx. 20-24 oz. These steaks are cut for thickness rather than for weight.
Season with salt and pepper then grill or pan sear in medium high for 3-5 minutes per side. Let the steak rest 3-4 minutes then slice thinly. This cooks the steak to medium rare which is our recommendation.
