The ribeye is known for its marbling. It has a juicy, melt in your mouth, beefy flavour.

Cooking Tips:

Season generously with salt and pepper – Grill on medium-high heat 5-7 minutes a side or pan sear and finish for 10 minutes in a 350F oven. This is muscle best-cooked medium rare-medium. Make sure you the steak rest for 3-4 minutes and slice thinly.
