Our Maple Breakfast Sausages are simple and delicious. The only ingredients we add to our great tasting pork is salt, pepper and locally sourced maple syrup. We designed this recipe to really highlight the quality of the pork that we use, the maple flavour is light and adds a mild sweetness without being over the top.
Cook in a cast iron or heavy bottom frying pan with 1 tsp cooking oil over medium heat for 5-10 minutes turning every couple of minutes, or roast in the oven at 400 F for 10-15 minutes on an oiled baking sheet.
