Our West Side Beef reserve line is custom cut and dry aged 60 days by The Packing House, representing the best flavour Ontario beef has to offer.

West Side Beef is proud to offer our specialty reserve line by The Packing House. We take the best quality, local beef and age it for a minimum of 60 days. What you will enjoy is the best flavour Ontario beef has to offer. We use Speckled Park Beef Breed, a line developed in Canada and we feel produces an amazing product! Each order contains 10 x 10 oz Striploins.

Cooking Tips:

Season generously with salt and pepper. On a very hot grilling or cast pan (with a little cooking oil) sear each side for 3-4 minutes. Finish on indirect heat on the BBQ or in the oven 400F for about 6-8 minutes. We find these steaks are best-cooked medium rare. Be sure to let it rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
