West Side Beef is proud to offer our specialty reserve line by The Packing House. We take the best quality, local beef and age it for a minimum of 60 days. What you will enjoy is the best flavour Ontario beef has to offer. We use Speckled Park Beef Breed, a line developed in Canada and we feel produces an amazing product! Each order contains 10 x 12oz Rib Eyes.

Cooking Tips:

Season generously with salt and pepper. On a very hot grill or cast pan (with a little cooking oil) sear each side for 3-4 minutes. Finish on indirect heat on the BBQ or in the oven 400F for about 6-8 minutes. We find these steaks are best-cooked medium rare. Be sure to let it rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
