Supplied fresh weekly by The Packing House, these eggs come from small flocks of heritage breed chickens in southwestern Ontario, raised on custom, herbal & vegetable enriched feed to produce a dark orange yolk, similar to the pasture-raised eggs available in Europe and Japan. The flavour is much richer than a traditional egg and packed with nutrients from our their custom feed.
Try making fresh pasta with our eggs, your pasta will be darker and richer than regular pasta, plus the dough comes together and holds up better than with traditional eggs.
