Bone-In Pork Loin Chops


The T-bone steak of pork, a very tender and flavourful cut with the added flavour of the bone. These chops can be cooked in a frying pan, on the barbecue, or roasted in the oven. Cook for approximately 5 minutes per side at medium-high heat and season generously with salt and pepper.
