There’s nothing quite like the comfort of a perfectly cooked, fall off the bone beef short rib. Our short ribs are cut into 2″ thick strips, perfect for braising or smoking. (2Lb each).

Cooking Tips:

For braised short ribs, season generously with salt and pepper (or your favourite spice mix) and sear the short ribs on a frying pan or grill until caramelized on all sides. Transfer to a roasting pan and add beef stock and a splash of wine then cover with foil and braise at 325 F for 2-3 hours.

For smoked short ribs, season generously with salt and pepper or your favourite spice mix, set your smoker to 225 F and smoke for 3-4 hours.
