Delivery Policy

1. General Information

When ordering your product online, you can choose to have your items delivered or to pick up in store.
Delivery will be made between 9:00am and 12:00pm on the specified date. Someone must be at home to receive your delivery. Product will not be left at your home unattended.

2. Delivery Location

Your delivery location will determine the cost of delivery. Maps and pricing are subject to change with notification.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery will be made between 9:00am and 12:00pm on the specified date. If there is no answer at the delivery location, the product will be returned to our store and immediately frozen. You will have to arrange to pick up your product. There will be no second attempt to deliver. There will be no refund for the product or delivery.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check out page of our website. Delivery costs are based on the postal code. Delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout screen before completing your order. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province of Ontario.

5. Items Damaged in Transit

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

6. Cancelling Your Delivery

If you contact us by noon on the day before your delivery, we can accommodate a cancellation. Your delivery fee will be refunded in the form of store credit and you can arrange to pick up your Share in store.
